HH BALLERS LEAGUE

RULES AND REGULATIONS

 

FORMAT

  • The games will be based on modified College Basketball Rules, unless otherwise changed by the organizers at any time during the length of the tournament.
  • The regular tournament games will be based on single round robin format
  • Playoff seedings will be based on team rankings after the regular games. The team with the best record in each division receives the no. 1 seed, while the team with the worst record receives the no. 4 seed.
  • Playoff: no.1 vs. no. 4 | no.2 vs. no.3
  • Each team are allowed to have 10 players only on their roster. After the 3rd game is played, no team is allowed to make changes in their respective line ups.
  • Playoff Players Qualification: Player must play 2 games in the season.

 

 

PLAYERS, COACHES, AND TEAM MEMBERS CONDUCT GUIDELINES

  • Players involved in fighting, unsportsmanlike conduct, or display any behavior detrimental to the integrity of the league will be suspended and may be banned for the length of the tournament, depending on the gravity of the offense.
  • Players should be wearing proper uniforms. Each team member in violation of the uniform policy will result to two technical free throws for the opposing teams.
  • Teams should be in their respective playing court 15 minutes before their scheduled games. A team may be allowed to play with only four players present but only until the first half of the game. The team forfeits the game if they fail to present at least five players before the second half commences.

 

ELIGIBILITY

  • To play in the tournament, a player must be of Asian/Hispanic and listed in the official roster at the start of the first game. Asian/Hispanic Descent is if either parents/ grandparent is Asian/Hispanic with birth certificates to prove it. No changes to the team roster will be allowed after the 1st game is played.
  • Hispanic are allowed to play.
  • If a player’s eligibility is in question, a formal protest by the opposing team must be filed before the games. If the protest is successful, the team automatically loses the game in favor of the protesting team. Protests may be in a form of text message, Email, signed written form, and the like. Verbal protest will not be entertained.

SCHOOL RULES & REGULATION

Forfeit – forfeited team will pay total of $110 for not showing up.

Fighting – throwing punch will be Ban forever.

Technical – 3 total Technical fouls in a game will be Ban for the whole season

20 Mins first Half and 20 Min Second half

NO SMOKING – no smoking inside the campus and in front of the Campus. Ban forever. NO WARNING!

NO PARKING INSIDE THE FACILITY

NO PETS ALLOWED

PLAYING WITHOUT SIGNING THE WAIVER IS AUTOMATICALY +10 POINTS FOR THE OPPONENT + TECHNICAL.
